CPA Practice Advisor has announced the recipients of its 2014 Most
Powerful Women in Accounting awards, which recognizes each for
their signif icant contributions to the profession. W hile some are
directly engaged in day-to-day client ser vice as a partner or senior
member of an accounting practice, others serve in roles as varied as
consulting, media, sofware development, and even in political ofce.
Nominations were open to the public on CPA Practice Advisor's
website w w w.CPA PracticeAdvisor.com , and the fnal selection of this
year's recipients was determined by the publication's editorial staf and
editorial advisory board.
Te awards were announced and presented at Te Sleeter Group's
2014 Accounting Solutions Conference, held November 9 through
12 this year at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
